14011 DIXIE HWY Electrical permit issued for total rewire at 8-unit building

Woodbine Investments LLC is getting a full electrical rewire at 14011 Dixie Hwy. The residential permit covers installing a 600-amp service with a nine‑meter center and eight 100‑amp subpanels—one for each of the eight apartments and one for the house—along with new outlets, lights, switches and appliance circuits for the multi‑family building.
