954 Ellison Ave Electrical Permit Issued for Rewire

Chris Risen of Risen Electric is replacing an outdated electrical panel at 954 Ellison Ave for owner Wave Capital LLC under a residential rewire permit. It looks like a straightforward 100-amp panel swap for the single-family unit with an estimated project value of $200. The permit has been issued (no inspections recorded yet) and the contractor left a note to "call Steve for access" at 250-7516.
