11007 Brookley Dr Electrical permit issued for 1/2 duplex
Leisure Development LLC has pulled a residential electrical permit for 11007 Brookley Dr to wire one unit of a duplex — essentially new service for a single-family occupancy — with licensed pro Leonard Key on the job and an estimated cost of $10,000. The issued permit covers a new 200-amp connection with one meter and one subpanel and is active through March 13, 2027, so expect electrical work to be completed before then.
