1474 Belmar Dr electrical permit issued to replace 200A panel

Allen Electric Company is doing a residential electrical rework at 1474 Belmar Drive for owner Lola A. Fambrough, with the project estimated at $20,000. The crew will replace the 200-amp, 30-circuit indoor panel, add a 200-amp meterbase disconnect, update grounding and surge protection, run a new rigid riser and weatherhead through the roof, and rough in circuits for a sump pump, extra receptacles, ceiling fans, and arc-fault protection for the refrigerator and main living areas. It’s basically a capacity-and-safety upgrade for the single-family home so the circuit breakers and appliances get a happier, safer life.
