2502 PIKES PEAK BLVD issued permit for rough wiring in dwelling conversion
An electrical permit has been issued for rough wiring to convert the dwelling at 2502 Pikes Peak Blvd. Owner Traynor Brandy Lee tapped licensed electrician Benjamin Hochstrasser to install a new 200-amp service and meter for the single-family conversion, with the project valued at about $5,000 and one inspection on the docket.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
