1304 RUFER AVE Electrical Permit Issued for Rewire

Matt Hawkins has applied for a residential electrical permit to get power restored at 1304 Rufer Ave after the house has been dark for more than a year. The rewire job, to be performed by Tri-County Electric for owner H&H Houses LLC, notes a newly installed ground rod, a 100-amp overhead connection, and an estimated project cost of $200. The permit was issued and is valid through 03/05/2027.
