Jackman, replacing the 100-amp panel, upgrading grounding, bonding and surge protection, and installing a 10 kW Generac generator with a 100-amp automatic transfer switch. The residential electrical permit for this rewire has been issued with a project value estimated at $13,384 and remains valid through March 5, 2027 — a tidy power upgrade to keep the lights on during storms.
