3215 Kingswood Way electrical permit issued for remodel
Metropolitan Electrical has been issued a residential electrical permit to rewire and upgrade the panel, kitchen, and bathroom at 3215 Kingswood Way. Owner KRC Construction & Remodeling Inc. is listed on the job, with the project estimated at $10,000 for this single-family home (100-amp service and an overhead connection noted), so expect circuit and fixture improvements rather than a full electrical overhaul.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
