1612 Meremont Ridge Rd Electrical Permit Issued for Basement Finish Wiring
KSC Electric dba Stansbury Electric (heather@stansburyelectric.com) has an issued residential electrical permit to rewire and install basement finish wiring at 1612 Meremont Ridge Rd for owner Sagar Gandhi. The project is modest — estimated at $1,500 — and the record notes one additional inspection, so this looks like wiring work for a finished basement rather than a major service upgrade.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
