Steadfast Electric LLC has been issued a residential electrical permit to wire Building 1 of the Cedar Grove townhomes at 11611 Longevity Lane as part of new construction. The work for owner Cedar Grove Commons calls for a 100-amp service with one meter and one subpanel, is estimated at $1,000, and the permit is active through January 22, 2027.
