Adkins Electrical has pulled a residential electrical permit to inspect and restore power to Unit 4 at 3300 Northwestern Pkwy, noting the service and a 100-amp panel are located on the exterior right side of the building. Owner Portland Pilot Properties LLC lists the job as a rewire/single-family service; the permit was issued on 01/20/2026 with a $75 fee paid, and inspections still need to be completed before the permit expires, so it looks like they’re getting the lights back on.
