3531 Virginia Ave electrical permit issued for panel replacement
Steadfast Electric LLC is stepping in to replace the burned electrical panel at 3531 Virginia Avenue for owner Keeylan Hattie Bell under an issued residential electrical permit. The work (a rewire for a single-family home) fixes a charred bottom busbar and damaged 30A quad and 15/20 twin breakers on a 100-amp service, with the project value estimated at $2,495.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
