KEP Electric Inc. is pulling a residential electrical permit to install new wiring at 6900 Oak Rock Dr. for owner Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC. It's a new 200-amp, single-family hookup with one meter and an estimated cost of $6,000, so it looks like wiring for a new home or a major service upgrade.
