1307 Peaceful Way Electrical permit issued for temporary pole
IES Residential (electrical contractor for Clayton Properties Group Inc. dba ARB) has an issued residential electrical permit to install a temporary pole at 1307 Peaceful Way. The work is tied to the 325 Overlook at Eastwood project, estimated at $200, was issued on 01/12/2026 and is valid through 01/12/2027. No inspections are listed yet, so it looks like a straightforward temporary hookup for now.
