Payne Electric Company Inc is handling the new residential electrical work for Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC at 16913 Aiken Ridge Cir — a brand-new single-family home on Aiken Ridge Lot 19. The issued residential electrical permit covers a 200-amp, single-meter installation with no overhead connection, and the electrical portion is estimated at $12,935. Looks like the wiring is ready to bring power to the neighborhood’s newest build.
