4913 FEYS DR Electrical Permit issued for rewiring and new panel
GSJ Electrical Solutions is doing electrical repairs at 4913 Feys Dr for owner Lucid Investments LLC, installing a new outdoor disconnect and a new 200-amp panel after the home caught fire. The residential permit covers a rewire (they note the kitchen will probably need rewiring) with an estimated cost of $3,100 and one subpanel to be tied in.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
