KEP Electric Inc. is installing a temporary power pole at 8403 Hollis View Way for builder Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC. The residential electrical permit has been issued for a single‑family home with one 200‑amp meter, and the project value is estimated at $6,000 — essentially temporary construction power while the house gets built.
