10803 Golden Dr electrical permit issued for home rewire

Peterman Brothers is handling a residential electrical rewire for owner Vicki Harris at 10803 Golden Dr. The issued permit, with a project value estimated at $22,973.09, covers replacing boxes, roughly 22 additional plugs and 13 switches, cleaning up exposed wiring and adding conduit to the unfinished laundry/utility area, a new 200-amp panel and home surge protection, dedicated circuits for the sump pump, washer, AC and dryer, three CO/smoke detectors, and garage work including a 60-amp subpanel with up to 100 feet of wiring and up to 50 feet of trenching plus grounding; they’ll also disconnect a pond circuit that’s been shut off in the panel.
