22 Cardwell Way issued electrical permit for service upgrade and panel move

Owner Patrick William Herm has an electrical permit to upgrade the service at 22 Cardwell Way, with licensed pro Austin Hamlin of Hamlin Electric on the job. The $6,000 project replaces the old panel with a new 200-amp service, adds an outdoor meter/disconnect combo, two ground rods and a new riser, relocates the panel to the basement for proper clearance, and installs whole-home surge protection.
