Kario Yates of Three Brothers Electric upgraded the electrical setup at 2504 W Muhammad Ali Blvd, installing a new 300-amp service, three disconnects and three separate panels—one for each apartment—while rebuilding the service. The residential rewire was permitted for owner LT & JT III Investors LLC with an estimated cost of $600, and the permit has been issued.
