226 SOUTH HAMPTON RD electrical permit issued for partial rewire

Lewis Ventures LLC has pulled a residential electrical permit for a partial rewire at 226 South Hampton Rd. Licensed electrician Bryanne DiMuzio Mastin will rewire the living and laundry areas, add new circuits for the master bedroom, kitchen, and dining room, install smoke and bathroom GFCI protection, and upgrade to a new 200-amp overhead service, with the project estimated at $3,000 and the permit issued on 11/24/2025 (expires 11/24/2026).
