6317 Limewood Cir electrical permit RES-ELC-25-07960 issued
Rob Steinbener with Assured Electric and Maintenance LLC has requested an inspection at 6317 Limewood Cir for owner Robert A. Stinebruner II after the homeowner noticed the electrical panel is missing a green stacker. Steinbener says grounding looks fine but warned the panel may not meet new 2025 code, and the residential electrical permit (emergency repair) lists the project value at an estimated $500 as they seek an "as-is" inspection to keep the sale moving.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
