A big interior renovation is underway at 1041 Barret Ave
A $58,108 interior renovation is in the works at 1041 Barret Ave.
It’s a single-family home, and the plan calls for new drywall, insulation, a kitchen remodel, an updated bath, and a fix to the old non-load-bearing partition in the former laundry room. Some of the rough work is already open and exposed, so this one is still very much in progress.

The city has not published a date for when this began.
