A deck overhaul is in the works at 1644 Edenside Ave, and it’s a pretty thorough one.
The plan calls for fixing the support under two deck sections, then replacing about 424 square feet of worn deck surface, stairs, guards, gates, trim, and some lattice. Figure somewhere around $20,000 for the job.
