A new deck is in the works at 13801 Forest Bend Cir in Louisville, and this one is coming in at somewhere around $25,000.
King Construction Design & Build LLC is set to tear out the existing 14-by-21 pressure-treated wood deck and rebuild it in the same general footprint, same style and all. New framing, posts, beams, stairs, guardrails, and the rest are part of the plan.
