Big changes are coming to 2124 Sherwood Ave. A 2,000-square-foot duplex is set to be turned into a single-family home, with a new half bath, a bigger back deck, a finished basement, and updated kitchen and bath space, somewhere around $150,000.
The place is also slated to get new walls, replaced windows, and electrical and plumbing updates. It’s still in the works for now, so this one is not done yet.
