A new covered front porch roof is in the works at 2315 Burrell Dr.
It’s a roughly 16-by-6-foot setup, with new posts, a front beam, roofing, gutters, and recessed LED lights planned under separate electrical work. The city’s not through with it yet, so this one is still working its way through the process.
