6927 Windham Pkwy Building Permit filed for storm renovation (tree) repairs

Owners William B. Peter Sr. and Amy S. Peter have filed for a residential storm renovation at 6927 Windham Pkwy after a large tree fell on the rear of their home. The project will repair rafters, roof decking, shingles, soffits, and gutters per an engineer’s report provided by Auto Owner’s insurance, with an estimated cost of $19,000. The fallen tree has already been removed by another contractor and the roof is tarped and dried-in while repairs proceed.
