857 EASTERN PKWY building permit submitted for dormer alteration
Secret Place Investment Builders is proposing a dormer alteration at 857 Eastern Pkwy for owner Grisanti Thomas F, with the project estimated at $10,000. The plan widens the existing dormer so the side walls will sit on a 2x12 double joist instead of 2x12 blocking between floor joists, replaces the current 2x4 rafters and beam with new rafters (2x8) and a 2x10 ridge, and keeps the vaulted ceilings intact.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
