4531 BUFFLE HEAD WAY Building Permit: deck demolition and reconstruction
R&B Roofing & Remodeling is doing a full demolition and rebuild of the elevated rear deck at 4531 Buffle Head Way for owners Abaya Josephine & Raquel B. The $40,000 project calls for new concrete footings, pressure-treated posts and framing, composite decking and guardrails, plus a new attached gable roof with tongue-and-groove beadboard ceiling and an outdoor-rated fan/light — electrical work will be pulled separately by a licensed electrician.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
