HPA Trust is planning a big refresh at 633 Cecil Ave — a 2,000-square-foot, four-bedroom single-family home — and a residential alteration permit has been submitted. Licensed contractor Bruce Little of ICG Development will restore and renew the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems and add new drywall, paint, and exterior siding, with the project estimated at $60,000.
