8421 Pine Valley Trl building permit submitted for fire restoration work

Paul Davis Systems of Louisville is handling a fire restoration at 8421 Pine Valley Trl for owners Dennis R. and Joyce McClain. The $310,000 project will gut most of the main level (keeping the master suite, its WIC, laundry, and master bath areas), gut a basement bedroom, replace burnt trusses with engineer‑stamped trusses and roof decking where needed, then reinstall insulation, drywall, trim, doors, flooring, cabinetry, and paint to bring the home back to pre-fire condition.
