405 Rolling Ln Building Permit submitted for first-floor renovation
Domain Renovation and Construction (licensed pro Michael Bovine) is renovating the Shrader Residence at 405 Rolling Ln for owner Susan Lee Stevens, with the project estimated at $300,000. The first floor will get a big refresh — new kitchen, living and dining updates, a powder room, new flooring, drywall and cabinets — including the removal of two existing walls, plus an upstairs master bathroom remodel. It’s a main-floor rework that aims to open up and modernize the home rather than add bedrooms or new units.
