Owner Fred P. Prechtel Jr. has filed for fire restoration at 1530 Wurtele Ave. The plan calls for a full demo with all-new electrical and duct work—since the frame is intact the one-story, 1,554 sq ft, three-bedroom layout will remain unchanged—and the project is estimated at $110,000.
