2210 W CHESTNUT ST applied for a Tri Plex remodel building permit
The Ruby J Collective LLC is converting the house at 2210 W Chestnut St into a triplex, with GMS Construction, LLC listed as the contractor. The three-story, 3,029-square-foot building—already gutted to the studs—will get all-new electrical, plumbing and HVAC, a full roof replacement, and new interior finishes, with a project value estimated at $572,585.
