1225 BATES CT building permit submitted for deck and roof alteration

R&B Roofing & Remodeling will refresh the Mason residence (owner Mason Howard Gary) with a new rear deck and roof work at 1225 Bates Ct. They'll remove and replace the rear deck framing, composite decking and railing, add a lattice/privacy wall and reframe/relocate the pergola, and replace about three squares of SBS flat roofing including tear-off, underlayment, flashing, and edge metal. The project is estimated at $26,775 and won’t change the home’s footprint or occupancy.
