7906 Osborne Dr building permit issued for rafter repair due to fire damage
Tim & Andrea Brightman are repairing fire-damaged roof rafters at 7906 Osborne Dr. The homeowners are acting as the contractor to "sister" three rafters for reinforcement — basically adding new rafter members alongside the damaged ones to restore strength. It’s a small residential alteration with an estimated cost of $1,500 and the permit has been issued.
