7th Street Apartments LLC is moving forward with an interior alteration at 2807 7th Street Rd Unit 1, a three-story, 3,600-square-foot multifamily building. The permit covers drywall demolition, reframing to add five new bedrooms and repair existing framing to prep the units for other contractors to handle plumbing and electrical, with the project estimated at $20,000.
