5702 BILLTOWN RD building permit for detached garage rebuild
Owner Robert E. Van Buren is replacing the existing wood garage at 5702 Billtown Rd with a new detached 24x26x8 structure, starting with a poured 6-inch concrete foundation pad. The metal-clad, post-frame garage on 2x4 girts will use engineered trusses and a metal roof on purlins, include metal soffit, fascia, siding, 5-inch gutters and downspouts, four 24x36 windows, a 36-inch side door, and three 9x7 overhead doors, with the project estimated at $60,000.
