Monarch Restoration is set to do a full interior rebuild of the main floor and attic living space at 4406 S 1st St for owner David Joyner after fire and lightning damage, with the project estimated at $59,000. The interior-only work (exterior excluded) calls for complete demolition of fire- and smoke-damaged finishes, new insulation and 1/2" drywall, luxury vinyl plank flooring, a new trim package, four pre-hung interior doors, kitchen updates with a $1,500 allowance for upper cabinets, and bathroom refinishing.
