2104 Emerson Ave applied for building permit to demolish and rebuild garage

Norcross Builders Inc is planning to demolish and rebuild the detached garage in the same footprint at 2104 Emerson Ave for owner Elizabeth A. Rivera. The one-story rebuild will pour a new concrete slab and footings 4–6 inches higher to improve drainage, have 8-foot interior walls, vinyl siding, one window, an exterior man door, a new overhead garage door, and two to three electrical circuits, with an estimated cost of $40,000.
