7611 MARKET CART WAY Building Permit: Electrical Panel Relocation (Exterior)
Owner Lianet Vargas Fonseca has submitted a building permit to move the home’s electrical panel from the basement to the exterior left-side wall at 7611 Market Cart Way. The work includes installing an outdoor-rated NEMA 3R panel, extending and rerouting existing circuits, and updating the grounding with ground rods per NEC, with the project estimated at $5,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
