3112 Galway Ln Building Permit submitted for Galway Alteration
Joe Kroll Builder LLC is handling a residential roof alteration for owner Haley N. Roberts at 3112 Galway Ln. The $10,000 project swaps shingles for dark-gray standing-seam metal, adds a 2 ft by 8 ft section between the front porch and garage, and opens the gable on the upper front porch roof — the dormers shown in the rendering won’t be built.
