2513 Rowan St Building Permit submitted for renovation
Owner Imin Abdul Waris has filed for a full renovation of an old, distressed property at 2513 Rowan St. The one-story, 1,040-square-foot single-family home is slated for doors, windows and roofing replacement, new drywall, and updates to the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms—including one new bedroom to bring the total to three—with the project estimated at $30,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
