304 Cranbury Way Building permit submitted for deck replacement

Owner Christopher Michael Bensing has applied to replace the deck at 304 Cranbury Way, swapping out a 10x12 pressure-treated platform that sits about 12 feet off the ground (because of the walk-out basement) for a slightly larger 12x12 deck made from maintenance-free material.
