704 BERWYN DR applied for building permit to renovate and extend the deck

Owner Steffani Scheurich is planning a deck renovation at 704 Berwyn Dr, replacing the existing roughly 23-by-14-foot deck and extending it about 8 feet further into the yard while staying clear of property lines. The low, ~2-foot-high deck will get 6x6 post footers at least 2 feet deep, Trex decking with joists 12" on center, prefabricated Trex railings every 4–8 feet, a mid-span support beam and a two-tread stair to the existing concrete path, with the project estimated at $20,000.
