SB Home Renovations will be finishing the currently unfinished basement at 1542 Lincoln Hill Way for owner Andrew Cleary, converting raw space into usable living area. The residential alteration is estimated at $100,000, won’t add any new bedrooms or dwelling units, and no automatic sprinkler system is required. In short: a classic basement finish to give the home more livable square footage.
