3640 Fordham Park Dr Building Permit Submitted for Basement Bedroom/Living Space
Owner Katelyn Danielle Caverno is turning the basement at 3640 Fordham Park Dr into livable space, adding interior walls to create one new bedroom and some finished living space. She plans to use existing windows for egress, add a closet, and hire out electrical and HVAC work to complete the roughly 600-square-foot project, with an estimated cost of $1,000.
