2211 Garfield Ave building permit for residential alteration to replace subfloor
Sims Coaching LLC is planning a residential alteration at 2211 Garfield Ave after the subfloor rotted out of the structure. The one-story, 910‑sq‑ft home will get new OSB tongue-and-groove subflooring fastened with construction screws throughout, with the project estimated at $3,000.
