327 S HUBBARDS LN Building Permit: Demolish detached garage, build 2-car garage

Helm Todd is swapping out the old detached garage at 327 S Hubbards Ln for a new two-car garage, demolishing the existing structure and building an approximately 22' x 24' one-story garage with 9' walls and attic storage. The $20,000 project will partially reuse the existing slab, add a new concrete apron and trench drain, new framing, roofing, vinyl siding, doors, a window and electrical (no plumbing), with the asphalt driveway tied in after construction.
